He is a frequent speaker on real estate risk mitigation best practices and fair credit policies. Prior to his role with LeasingDesk , David previously served as RealPage’s Senior Vice President of Business Development and as President of CrossFire and OneSite Screening. He joined RealPage in 1996 as Director of Product Marketing and has served in various positions including, General Manager of Applicant Screening, Vice President of Sales Support, and Vice President of OneSite. From 1992 to 1996 he was the Vice President at Credit Interfaces, Inc., a leading provider of applicant screening software, which was acquired by RealPage in 1996. Mr. Carner received his B.A. in business from the University of Pittsburgh and his M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
