Tracy has over 30 years of experience in the multifamily property management industry.  She spent ten years as a leasing consultant and property manager in the southwestern United States and then joined Rent Roll, Inc., the predecessor of RealPage, in 1989. Over the years she has served the company in many different roles. She initially managed training and product support then joined the sales management team where she helped hundreds of property management companies implement RealPage solutions. Today, Tracy leads a team of top-notch professionals that serve as project leaders and client success managers and coordinators for clients utilizing multiple RealPage products. Tracy and her team of client success managers and coordinators are RealPage and industry experts on hand to evoke confidence in RealPage’s technology infrastructure, products and services and identify business opportunities with current clients while helping them manage change and they implement new products and expand the use of their current products.
