Sustaining the Renter Lifecycle at AIM 2018

An expert panel recently gathered at the annual Apartment Internet Marketing Conference to talk about one thing—how to sustain the renter lifecycle.

In “Aligning Prospect and Resident Touchpoints to Deliver a Superior Living Experience,” Melissa Robbins, Kortney Balas, Ryan Davis and moderator Brock MacLean unveiled opportunities for better business practices that often go unnoticed by property managers.

The session opened with an introduction of the esteemed panelists who asked the question—what keeps renters happy from prospect to move-out? Attendees soaked up information on how to catch excellent prospects, heighten conversion rate, and drastically improve property performance. The panelists laid out their favorite acquisition and retention strategies for transformational business impact, and taught how to drive demand generation and maximize leasing outcomes. The session ended with a collaborative discussion between panelists and attendees that left the crowd satisfied and ready to take on new challenges to acquire—and retain—prospects and residents.

Founded in 2005, the Apartment Internet Marketing Conference (AIM Conference®) is the only conference to focus solely on internet marketing, advertising, branding, social media and other platforms. Catch up on conference insights via #AIMedAtYou on Twitter.
