Legacy Partners’ Excellence Showcased With 2011 NAA Paragon Community of the Year Award
Looking every bit the celebrity star that it is, Legacy Partners Residential’s apartment community 1600 Vine at Hollywood & Vine, Hollywood, Calif., graces the cover of the September 2011 issue of Units magazine as winner of this year’s NAA Paragon Community of the Year Award for communities less than five years old and over 150 units.
I had the pleasure of seeing the property in person last year while doing some filming for a testimonial marketing campaign for the YieldStar revenue management system. I interviewed Scott Morrison, Senior Vice President, Dean Henry, President, and Tim O’Brien, Senior Managing Director/Partner. I could see the pride they took in that property and it was easy to see why just by looking around.
For me personally, there was one feature that stood out most of all, even more than the physical beauty of the property and the incredible amenities: the employees.
The level of service they provided, the customer-first attitude they carried, and the pride of working at that Legacy property was never lacking and always showed on their faces during my two days on site.
Congratulations, Legacy Partners, on a superb building; but extra kudos for instilling a culture of community and world-class customer service. That makes me want to live there almost as much as the location.
