ZRS Maximizes Revenue Management
I just got back from a fabulous trip to Miami for the annual ZRS Employee Retreat. Each year, ZRS Management, LLC organizes this event as a reward for its employees and as an opportunity to learn more about the various solutions offered by ZRS’ service providers. This year’s event included sessions on social media, online leasing, resident portals, and of course, revenue management.
Dozens of ZRS managers, regional managers and leasing associates stopped by the YieldStar booth to talk with us about their experiences or to find out more about the system. We got incredible feedback from the ZRS properties using YieldStar! They love the product, especially the way it enhances the sales process. We heard comments like “YieldStar is super simple to use” and “ the YieldStar matrix is a great closing tool.”
I also had an opportunity at the retreat to sit down with ZRS’ Jackie Impelletier, who shared her thoughts on revenue management. “It’s our responsibility to educate ourselves about leading technologies. Revenue management is becoming more and more prevalent, and you’re behind the curve if you’re not involved in some way.”
ZRS is well known for managing high-end product and being aggressive on rents. The organization maximizes revenue opportunities by focusing primarily on supply and demand and the value of amenities. Jackie shared with me that “YieldStar compliments our strategy. It strengthens our already pricing savvy company. With YieldStar, we’re still in charge of our pricing, and we get a lot of great information to help us make the right pricing decisions every day.”
Over time, ZRS expects more and more of its clients to embrace revenue management and YieldStar.
