Jay Parsons is a national market analysis manager for MPF Research. Jay’s responsibilities include data analysis, economic research, and writing for MPF Research’s Apartment Market Reports. He is also the host of “Apartment Market Dynamics,” MPF’s video news program highlighting apartment market trends across the country. Prior to joining MPF Research in March 2009, Jay worked as a reporter for The Dallas Morning News, where his duties included coverage of local government and commercial development. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. Jay is a member of the DFW Association for Business Economics and the DFW Real Estate Research Forum.
