RealPage’s Leading Vendor Credentialing Software Updates Sophisticated UI
Compliance Depot, a RealPage Vendor Credentialing service, released a new version of its industry-leading vendor credentialing software.
RealPage Vendor Credentialing has been given a brand-new look and feel, with easy navigation and dashboard reporting, among other enhancements. The product helps multifamily owners and operators reduce vendor-related risk with a credential management program supervised by licensed insurance and risk management professionals, at no charge to them.
“Our Compliance Depot group pioneered vendor credentialing over a decade ago, and today a large number of property management companies depend on it to help protect them from claims associated with vendors on their properties. This update makes the software incredibly easy to work with and allows PMCs instant access to the vendor information they need,” said Jason Lindwall, COO at RealPage.
“The solution integrates smoothly with popular accounting systems, providing proactive vendor status and information updates. Our program also offers dedicated support and expedited document processing to all customers, both vendors and property management companies,” Lindwall said.
“We depend on this solution to keep up with the background of the many vendors serving our properties; it’s a really important part of our risk management. The new UI is elegant and really easy to navigate. The software is responsive, making the search for vendors and reviewing of their details a breeze, and the dashboard tells us what we need to know at a glance. This is great software that just got even better,” said Chris Bitner, an accountant at California-based WSH Management.
Bitner added that RealPage’s vendor credentialing program has helped keep WSH from being tied to their existing vendors. Learn more about RealPage Vendor Compliance here.
